Refund & Returns Policy

Luminous Serenity Reiki & Wellbeing

At Luminous Serenity, every order and session is prepared with love, care, and intention. I truly want you to feel happy and supported in your experience, and I am always here to help if something isn’t quite right.


 Crystals & Physical Products

Due to the natural and unique nature of crystals, refunds are not offered for change of mind.

Each piece is one of a kind and may include:

  • natural inclusions
  • surface variations
  • small cracks or internal formations

These are not faults, but part of the beauty and authenticity of natural stones.


 Colour & Appearance

Please note that:

  • colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings
  • I do my absolute best to photograph each piece as accurately as possible
  • Weigh & size description are approximate 


Damaged Items (Transit)

If your item arrives damaged, I will absolutely work with you to resolve this.

To process a claim, I require:

  • an email within 24 hours of receiving your order
  • clear video footage of the parcel being opened
  • clear video showing the damaged item
  • photos may also be requested

 Claims must be made promptly, and all required evidence provided to be eligible for review

If approved, I may offer:

  • a replacement (if available), or
  • store credit

If a return is required:

  • returns must be approved prior to sending any items back
  • the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage
  • once the item has been received and assessed, Luminous Serenity Reiki & Wellbeing will cover the postage cost to send the replacement item back out to you

 Reiki Sessions (Distance Healing)

All Reiki sessions are non-refundable.

When booking a session, you are securing a dedicated energetic space and time.

Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice.
Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to change your booking.

By purchasing a session, you are confirming your commitment to receive the energy at the scheduled time.
