Product Returns & Replacements

All sizes and measurements of the products are approximate, colours may vary slightly to image due to lighting.

We have tried to make sure that they are as accurate as possible, however no two items are the same as they are all either handmade or from nature. Many stones and crystals have naturally occurring inclusions, fractures and cracks that do not affect their individual quality.

Luminous Serenity Reiki & Wellbeing appreciates your business and wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We do not refund or accept returns for change of mind, ordered the incorrect item or found the item cheaper elsewhere. We only refund or accept returns if any product or item is not as advertised, or damaged. For any short shipments or breakages, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. If signing for your delivery, please make sure you have the total amount of items and that they are in good condition.
