Distance Reiki Session (1 Hour)

Distance Reiki & Crystal Healing Session

A gentle space to slow down, rest and reconnect.

Distance Reiki offers you the opportunity to enjoy a Reiki session from the comfort of your own space, wherever you may be.

Your session is held by Jess, a Usui Reiki Master and Certified Crystal Healer, from the Luminous Serenity Reiki room in Melbourne, Australia.

At your booked time, you are invited to simply find somewhere comfortable to rest and allow yourself this time to slow down. There is no phone call or video appointment required, so you can enjoy your session quietly and without interruption.

What happens during your session?

Before beginning, I take time to intuitively select crystals to accompany your session. I then work with Reiki and traditional energetic practices, including attention to the chakra system, while holding the intention of creating a calm and nurturing experience for you.

You don’t need to do anything during this time. You may choose to lie down, meditate, listen to quiet music or simply rest.

Everyone experiences Reiki differently. Some people describe feeling warmth, tingling, heaviness, lightness or a sense of deep relaxation, while others may notice very little at all. There is no particular sensation or experience that you need to have for your session to be meaningful to you.

After your session

Following your Reiki session, you will receive a personalised reflection by email sharing details from your session, including the crystals I selected and any observations, impressions or energetic themes I noted while working with you.

These reflections are offered as part of the spiritual and personal nature of the Reiki experience and are not medical or psychological assessments.

Your session includes

• 1 hour Distance Reiki & Crystal Healing session
• Intuitively selected crystals used during your session
• Chakra and energetic focus as part of my Reiki practice
• Personalised post-session reflection emailed to you
• A quiet experience that can be received from your own space
• No phone or video appointment required

Before your session

Please make yourself comfortable shortly before your booked time. You may like to dim the lights, put your phone away, have some water nearby and create a quiet environment where you can relax without interruption.

Your session will begin at the time shown when booking.

For interstate and international bookings, please note that your session commences according to the booked Melbourne, Victoria time.
